Many people don't know the difference between a real estate
agent and a Realtor®. We'd like to provide that explanation.

Real estate agents are licensed by their state. To become a
Realtor®, we join the National Association of Realtors®
(NAR) and comply with NAR's strict ethical requirements.

Realtors® are required to take many hours of training to
maintain their license. Realtors® are required to take
additional ethics training every two years as part of our
mandatory continuing education.

We communicate with our customers to explain what's
happening in the real estate business by providing trends,
information and statistics of importance. We also suggest
ways in which sellers and buyers of property can
perform these processes more successfully.
